Terms of service.

These terms apply to VOCO business, freelancer and agency accounts. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, buying a plan or using VOCO, you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
The service is provided under VOCO Technologies, the registered business name of a sole trader in Ireland, not a limited company. VOCO and VOCOADS are product and brand names used for this service, not separate contracting entities. References to “VOCO”, “VOCOADS”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean VOCO Technologies.

1. The VOCO service
VOCO helps businesses and agencies create, publish, monitor and manage advertising campaigns and creative assets. The service may include beta or preview features. Features, limits and integrations may change. VOCO does not guarantee campaign approval, delivery, leads, sales or any specific advertising result.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity by people you invite to your workspace. You must not share access outside your business or agency except through VOCO's approved staff and client controls.
3. Agency accounts
An agency account may create separate client workspaces, invite staff and use a shared credit balance. The agency is responsible for its staff, clients and workspace access. Before connecting an account, publishing ads, using client content or spending a client's advertising budget, the agency must have the client's authority. Agencies remain responsible for their own client contracts, pricing, service promises, reporting and regulatory obligations. VOCO is not a party to the relationship between an agency and its client.
4. Advertising platforms and spend
You authorize VOCO to take only the actions you approve through connected Meta and Google accounts. Connection permits account discovery, reporting and synchronisation for the features you use; it does not by itself publish or change ads. Optional AI explanations using Google Ads performance data require a separate workspace setting, described in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting VOCO stops its access but does not pause or delete ads already running on a platform. Advertising spend is charged separately by the advertising platform and is not included in VOCO fees. For self-service campaigns, you are responsible for budgets, account balances, platform terms, legal claims, targeting, consent and final campaign review. VOCO instead uses the specific onboarding management authority described in section 6a; its team handles strategy, copy, targeting and budget settings within the agreed scope. New Meta reviews cover images and videos; Google campaigns are launched by staff without a separate client approval step. Platform access, review decisions and outages are controlled by Meta, Google and other providers.
4a. Google Ads advertiser rights
Use a separate Google Ads account for each end-advertiser. Agencies must obtain the client's authority to manage its account and written consent before any permitted onward disclosure of its Google Ads data. Clients must be able to obtain their Google Ads customer ID and access Google advertising costs, clicks and impressions, either through reporting or direct account access. Google figures must remain distinguishable from other platforms. Agency management fees must be disclosed separately from advertising spend before purchase and on invoices; limiting a VOCO client portal does not remove these responsibilities.VOCO Technologies is independent of Google and does not claim Google endorsement or guaranteed ad results. Review Google's advertiser guide to working with third parties and our data, costs and account-control guide. Results are saved snapshots, and material reporting delays are disclosed. You can disconnect in Settings or contact us to enable disassociation within 3 business days of your notice. This does not pause ads or delete your Google account.
5. AI output and review
AI output can contain mistakes. Self-service users must review copy, images, video, targeting, lead forms and factual claims before use. For VOCO, our team carries out that review within the onboarding authority; clients remain responsible for the accuracy of supplied business facts, restrictions and assets. Do not publish invented licences, warranties, prices, savings, reviews, results or guarantees. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload or ask VOCO to use.
6. Plans and billing
Plan prices, included credits, account limits and renewal periods are shown before checkout. Business plans include the same core product features and differ mainly by the number of included monthly credits. Agency plans can also differ by client-workspace and staff limits. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation does not normally reverse fees already charged for the current paid period. Stripe processes payment details. Advertising spend and third-party platform charges are separate.
6a. VOCO advertising service
VOCO is a business-to-business managed advertising service. VOCO Meta is $299 USD per month before applicable tax for Facebook and Instagram advertising using Meta instant lead forms. VOCO Growth is $499 USD per month total before applicable tax and includes Meta management, Google Search management and one branded lead-generation landing page with a connected form or survey. It is not a self-service software plan or credit pack. Growth setup and online availability must be confirmed before purchase. New checkout payments are in US dollars without automatic currency conversion. Existing subscriptions retain the currency and price agreed at their original checkout unless a change is separately agreed. There is no onboarding fee. Stripe shows the total and takes the initial payment at subscription; the service renews monthly until cancelled. Advertising spend is additional and paid directly to Meta or Google. Self-service referral discounts and included software-plan credits do not apply to this service. After confirmed payment, create or verify your client login using your checkout email. Complete the private business brief and share the relevant advertising assets with the VOCO partner account. Our team verifies access and agrees the business, campaign scope, creative work and budget. Submitting onboarding does not verify access or start advertising. During onboarding you expressly authorise VOCO to create, review, launch and manage the advertising included in your plan using your supplied brief, restrictions and agreed total daily budget settings. Sharing assets or paying alone does not grant that launch mandate. For new Meta campaigns, we send a private review and transactional email showing the final images and videos. You review that content; VOCO handles ad copy, targeting, budget allocation and strategy within your agreed scope and spending allowance. Selecting and confirming Approve content & publish authorises automatic publication of the saved campaign using that content. Replacing an image or video requires fresh content approval; copy-only edits do not reset approval of unchanged media. Existing reviews retain the scope displayed when sent. You may instead ask VOCO staff to launch on your behalf, with that instruction recorded separately from client approval. Google Search campaigns are prepared, checked and launched by VOCO staff without a separate client campaign approval step. You can instead submit a consolidated text request for changes, delivered to your account manager through the team conversation. Up to three batches of amendments are included per campaign; resending a revised version does not reset that limit. Identify specific images or video timestamps and include all feedback for a round in one request. AI-based amendments may not match every request exactly; we aim to implement feedback as accurately as our models and tools allow. Further unresolved issues can be discussed with the team; reaching the limit never counts as approval. We aim to have the first campaign ready for review within 24 hours after confirming complete setup and access; missing information, billing issues, platform review or outages may delay delivery. The fee covers work within the agreed campaign scope, not unlimited generation, full website development, organic social posting, filming, sales follow-up or recurring strategy calls. Google Search, one branded landing page and conversion-tracking setup for that page are included only in VOCO Growth. Additional pages or work outside that scope require a separate agreement. A client-owned domain requires an authorized DNS change; domain registration is not included. An optional onboarding call is included after payment, with ongoing support through chat and email. You must supply accurate business information, lawful assets and authorised account access without sharing passwords. A privacy-policy link is optional during intake but a suitable policy must be in place before the lead form launches. Payment does not automatically launch ads, grant platform approval or create an unrestricted software account. If we cannot agree a suitable scope or obtain the required access before work starts, we will cancel the subscription and refund the initial management payment.Your advertising accounts remain yours. We act only within the management authority and budgets you agree, and obtain approval for material changes outside that scope. AI assists with creative production and analysis; people review the work. Account eligibility, ad review and results remain subject to platform requirements. No lead volume, cost per lead, sales or return is guaranteed. Updates and support are through VOCO and email. Your VOCO client dashboard lets you manage leads, notes, tasks and follow-up stages. Published ads and reporting are view-only. Request pauses, budget or other campaign changes through support chat. Staff make those changes within your agreed authority; the client dashboard does not provide ad-editing or delivery controls. Pausing ads does not pause or cancel your subscription. Creative production and campaign settings remain staff-managed. Meta content approval triggers publication automatically, while Google launches and other campaign changes remain with staff; payment, budget and access restrictions still apply. We send an in-app update, team message and transactional email after a confirmed campaign launch. Enabled campaigns may still be awaiting the advertising platform’s review. Platform spend can vary by day from its daily budget setting. These VOCO campaign restrictions do not remove your right to access your own advertising accounts and costs. To cancel future renewal, use Billing in your VOCO dashboard before your next renewal. No email or cancellation fee is required. Service continues through the paid period, then VOCO-managed ads are paused. Existing unpaid invoices remain due. Stripe retries eligible failed card payments. If a monthly payment remains unpaid for 48 hours after its first failure, we pause the service and VOCO-managed ads, with automated checks every five minutes. We notify you in the dashboard, team conversation and by email. Your leads, results and support remain available. The pause does not affect campaigns managed outside VOCO. Where advertising-platform access or its API is unavailable, we alert the team and retry; advertising spend may continue until the advertising platform confirms the pause. After payment recovery, our team reviews campaigns before explicitly resuming them; payment does not automatically restart spending. Fees for work already provided are not normally refunded, without limiting mandatory legal rights or remedies for services not supplied as agreed. Credit-consumption rules in section 7 do not replace these managed-service terms. New VOCO subscriptions are managed services. Existing software or agency customers retain their separately agreed subscription terms unless a change is expressly agreed.
7. Credits and refunds
Credits are usage units for VOCO generation and processing services. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the account. Any examples showing how many campaigns, images or videos a credit allowance may produce are estimates only. Actual credit use depends on the model, provider price, resolution, duration, quantity and generation settings. Provider pricing can change. The current credit cost displayed before confirmation is the applicable charge for that generation.Generation starts immediately after confirmation. Credits consumed by completed AI or platform work are final and non-refundable. VOCO returns reserved credits when a provider job fails before usable work is completed. We also review duplicate or unauthorized charges. Nothing in these terms removes cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where consumer law applies to an online service started during a withdrawal period, you may be responsible for the portion already supplied.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use VOCO for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing or platform-prohibited advertising. Do not bypass limits, probe other workspaces, misuse personal data, upload malware, impersonate another person or use VOCO without authority. We may suspend access where needed to protect customers, VOCO or connected platforms.
9. Client and lead data
Each workspace must only contain data the customer or agency is authorized to process. Agencies decide who can access each client workspace. You are responsible for privacy notices, consent, lawful processing and responding to people whose information you collect. VOCO Technologies processes customer lead and campaign data only for the authorised service, not for unrelated profiling or another advertiser's benefit. Our Privacy Policy explains data use, service providers, retention and privacy requests. You must comply with the applicable Meta Platform Terms, Meta Terms of Service, Advertising Standards, Commercial Terms, Self-Serve Ads Terms and any additional terms for the Meta features you use, as well as applicable Google Ads terms and policies. Agencies must ensure the clients they represent also agree to the applicable platform terms. You may not use platform data obtained through VOCO in a way those terms prohibit, sell it, combine different advertisers in one ad account without platform permission, or repurpose it for other clients, cross-platform targeting or general-purpose AI training. We may restrict access or delete platform data where required by the platform or law. We will pass relevant data-rights requests to the responsible customer and require cooperation with correction and deletion.
10. Content and ownership
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give VOCO the limited permission needed to host, process and send it to selected providers to operate the service. Subject to provider terms and applicable law, you may use the output created for your workspace. VOCO retains its software, branding, templates, systems and documentation.
11. Availability and liability
VOCO is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VOCO is not responsible for lost advertising spend, rejected ads, platform action, indirect losses or results caused by content or settings approved by you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product and law change. Material updates will be communicated in the product or by email. You may stop using VOCO and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk or unlawful use.
13. Refer & save
While the referral program is available, a business or agency with an active paid monthly plan may share its VOCO referral link or code. An independent new paying customer must claim the code before their first subscription payment. A valid offer gives that customer 50% off the first monthly plan payment, then normal plan pricing applies. It cannot be combined with another introductory offer. Codes cannot be switched after they have been claimed. The referring billing account earns one 50% renewal discount after the referred customer's first qualifying payment, a 14-day waiting period and eligibility checks. The payment must remain paid and not refunded or disputed, and the referred subscription must be active when the reward is issued. The referrer must have an eligible active monthly subscription to use the reward. A reward applies automatically to one eligible monthly renewal invoice; additional rewards queue for later renewals. An invoice already finalised, a prorated plan change or an invoice carrying another discount is not eligible, so the reward waits. Rewards do not expire while the program and your billing account remain available, but are not payable in cash if you cancel or close the account.Discounts apply only to monthly subscription charges, with taxes calculated by the payment provider. Credit packs, advertising spend, setup services and other purchases are excluded. Included plan credits do not change. Rewards belong to the business or agency billing account, not individual staff or client workspaces. Self-referrals, existing paying customers, duplicate accounts, your own businesses, staff invitations and agency client sub-accounts do not qualify. Referral links must not be promoted through spam, misleading claims or impersonation. Disclose that you may receive a discount when recommending VOCO.VOCO Technologies may hold a reward for review or decline it where payment or eligibility checks fail, or where misuse is identified. You can ask support to review a decision. We do not automatically debit your account to recover an already-issued discount. We may pause new referrals or change future offers with clear notice; changes will not retrospectively remove rewards already earned under these terms, except for fraud, payment reversal or an eligibility error. Rewards are not transferable, cash, cryptocurrency or generation credits. Nothing in this program excludes legal rights that cannot be excluded.
