Advertiser information
Your Google Ads account. Your control.
VOCO’s account managers create and manage Google Search campaigns for clients using our own software. This explains what you pay for, how to read your results and how to stop access.
What connecting allows
You keep ownership of your Google Ads account and share the agreed access with VOCO. Our team connects the correct advertiser account to your private workspace and verifies the setup. VOCO reads the campaigns, keywords, conversion settings and performance needed to deliver the service. Access alone does not launch ads; we agree the campaign and budget before publication.
The connection flow explains this access before you authorise it. Optional AI explanations of Google performance are off by default and have a separate consent setting. See our Google data disclosure for service providers, sharing, security and retention.
Management fees are not advertising spend
VOCO Growth is $499 USD per month before applicable tax for Google Search, Facebook/Instagram and one branded landing page. Google charges advertising spend separately through your Google Ads billing account. Existing software or agency subscriptions retain their agreed terms. VOCO does not add its fees to the Google spend shown in reports. Check Google Ads billing for final charges, taxes, adjustments and credits.
Understand your reports
Performance shows Google Ads separately from Meta and lets you choose reporting dates. Spend, clicks and impressions come from the connected advertiser account. Different currencies are not silently converted or combined. Conversions follow each platform's attribution rules; a conversion count is not the same as a new contact in your lead inbox.
Results are saved snapshots, not a real-time feed. VOCO attempts scheduled refreshes and lets workspace users request an update. A last-update time and visible warning identify results last fetched more than 24 hours ago. Platform processing can cause additional delays or later revisions even after a successful refresh. A shared report's Refresh button reloads saved results; ask your account manager if a platform update is overdue.
Your account and data stay separate
We use a separate advertiser account and private workspace for your business, with your authority to manage and report on its advertising. You can obtain your Google Ads customer ID and see Google spend, clicks and impressions in reports or through your own Google Ads access. Your VOCO dashboard keeps campaign editing with staff, but that does not remove your access to your own account or data. Contact your account manager if you need help. Existing agency users remain responsible for obtaining their clients’ authority.
Disconnect or leave VOCO
Clients can request disconnection through VOCO support or remove the access they granted in their own Google Ads account. Existing software users with connection controls can use Settings → Connected accounts → Google Ads → Disconnect. If you personally authorized a Google connection, you can also revoke it in Google Account connections. This stops VOCO's access; it does not pause or delete existing ads. You keep control of your Google Ads account. Revoking a Google authorisation can affect other VOCO workspaces using the same Google identity.
If you cannot disconnect yourself, contact hello@vocoads.com. We will enable disassociation from VOCO within 3 business days of your notice, with the checks needed to protect the correct account. Full data deletion is a separate request explained in our deletion instructions.
